Marketing’s first wave of AI was all about creation. Copy, images, campaign ideas, even entire customer journeys. Now, the technology is moving beyond what it can create and into how the work itself gets done.
Instead of marketers manually moving between tools, pulling reports, configuring campaigns, and connecting each step along the way, AI agents can help carry out that work based on the direction marketers give them.
That’s a core principle of Programmatic CRM. Marketers set the strategy and shape the customer experience, while AI handles more of the execution and orchestration across data, content, campaigns, and performance.
Today, we’re taking another step toward that vision with new agentic capabilities that give marketers more ways to work with Movable Ink, both inside the platform and through the AI tools already part of their day-to-day workflows.
Movable Ink MCP: Bring Movable Ink to the AI tools you already use
Programmatic CRM shouldn’t require marketers to change where they work. That’s why we’re making Movable Ink accessible from the AI tools teams already use.
Movable Ink’s MCP Server (Early Access) connects external AI tools, including Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Cursor, directly to the platform. Marketers can then use conversational prompts to carry out multi-step workflows without switching applications or manually handling each step.
Behind the scenes, the MCP connects to more than 50 APIs across eight Da Vinci domains. But it’s not starting from scratch every time. It works within each customer’s Movable Ink environment, with the configurations, permissions, brand guidelines, and business logic already in place. So marketers can give AI direction knowing it has the right context and guardrails to work within.
The MCP also makes it easier to use Movable Ink data alongside the rest of a marketer’s tech stack. Campaign, content, audience, and performance data can be brought into AI tools and combined with information from other systems, helping teams uncover opportunities and decide what to do next.
Ink AI: New AI Assistants In Movable Ink
Alongside our new headless capabilities, we’re also bringing a set of new AI assistants directly into Movable Ink. Each one is built to help with a specific part of a marketer’s day, taking on some of the manual work that can slow teams down.
🌟 Analytics Assistant
The Analytics Assistant makes it easier for marketers to get answers about campaign performance without digging through reports or manually sorting through data.
Questions like:
- What are my top campaigns by revenue?
- Which creatives are underperforming?
- What is a Content Effectiveness Score?
It’s a much simpler way to see what’s performing, what isn’t, and where there may be room to improve.
🌟 Brand Kit Assistant
The Brand Kit Assistant makes it easier to establish and maintain consistency at scale. Marketers can upload existing brand guidelines or connect the assistant to their website, and it will automatically pull in details like colors, fonts, and imagery.
Once configured, the Brand Kit is ready to use across future creative.
🌟 Subject Line Assistant
The Subject Line Assistant helps marketers write compelling copy that reflects their brand and speaks to what matters to their customers.
Using campaign content and existing brand guidelines as a starting point, the assistant generates options that marketers can fine-tune with prompts like “shorten” or “rephrase,” or more specific direction, like “make this sound more premium.”
Marketers get a stronger starting point for their subject lines, with room to refine the copy and make it their own.
🌟 Designer Assistant
With the Designer Assistant, marketers can use conversational prompts to create and customize content without writing code.
It can format text, numbers, and dates, or adjust these elements dynamically using information from a variety of data sources.
The Designer Assistant takes care of some of the more technical, time-consuming steps, leaving the creative decisions with the marketer.
The Future of Programmatic CRM is Agentic
Each of these new capabilities serves a specific purpose, but together, they show where Programmatic CRM is headed. AI can take on more of the work across data, content, campaigns, and performance, while marketers stay in control of the strategy and decisions behind it.
Programmatic CRM was built for a world where marketers direct the work and AI can carry more of it out. That world is here.
