Our annual Think Summit conference has made its way across the pond for the second year in a row! I’ve been thrilled to see this event become a semi-annual occurrence featuring innovative clients from all around the world.
The second time in London was even better than the first—and believe me, the bar was set very high after 2022. I’ll give you a behind-the-scenes look at how this fabulous event unfolded and tell you about all the ways Movable Ink is supporting marketers to create their best strategies and campaigns yet.
Inspiring Keynotes
Chances are, if you’ve heard about Movable Ink, you’ve heard about AI. AI powered personalization is the future of marketing, and Movable Ink offers the technological innovation that marketers need to stay a step ahead of the rest.
That’s what made our keynotes at Think Summit Europe so special. Our CEO Vivek Sharma started the day off with an inspiring session on what Movable Ink has already accomplished, and our CPO Bryan Wade led a deep dive on upcoming product announcements. One of the most exciting parts about these keynotes were the brands; industry giants ESPN and Lands’ End shared their firsthand experience with our AI, and how it empowers marketers to achieve new heights in autonomy and cutting-edge campaigns.

First-Class Sessions
Think Summit was jam-packed with inspiring presentations that showcased the innovations industry-leading brands are deploying today.
Take Oracle Red Bull Racing for example. During his session, Andrew Clarke (CRM Manager) showed attendees how his team uses Movable Ink to bring their CRM strategies and loyalty program to life. Not only are the campaigns themselves optimized for engagement, but the speed at which they improve their processes is accelerated by Movable Ink’s automation.
You can see this in action with their nurture email. With the goal of increasing email read time, click-through-rates, Instagram engagement, as well as offering fans more game-day insights, Oracle Red Bull Racing succeeded on all counts with features that were both quick to implement and results driven. The racing brand added evergreen weather modules and countdown timers to all of their emails, included AI-segmented audiences, and completed A/B testing on subject line and email content.
Through these efforts, they saw 20% lift in read time, a 20% reduction in skim time, and a 34% lift in CTR. Just by adding some key optimization tactics, Oracle Red Bull Racing was first to the finish line impressing their customers.

Consumer Deep Dive With Nathalie Nahai
We always have amazing guests at Think Summit, but I was especially thrilled to invite Nathalie Nahai to the London stage. As a leading voice in psychology and persuasive tech, Nahai offered expert insight into evolving human behaviors, and why consumers support the brands they love.
Described as “a rare polymath with deep expertise in tech, marketing and psychology,” Nathalie Nahai’s session unpacked how authenticity is key for building personal connections with customers. She pointed out how important it is to talk the talk and walk the walk, whether that’s by truly backing promoted causes or being transparent with pricing.
