Call Recording Privacy Notice

By participating in the call to which you were invited, you consent to being recorded.  

If you decide that you want to stop the recording at any time during the call, please notify the host of the call and the host will stop recording.  The following notice describes our privacy practices related to the call recordings.

What Information Do We Collect and Why?

We record calls for training purposes and to improve the quality of our services to you.  We may collect limited personal information about you during the course of this call - like your name, any contact information you provide, and a recording of your voice.  Please do not share any sensitive personal information or information that might be competitively sensitive - we do not request and have no intention of collecting this type of information.  

Can You Access or Delete Your Personal Information?  

Yes, you may request a copy of your call recording or request that the recording and your personal information be deleted by sending an email to business-data-requests@movableink.com.

With Whom Do We Share the Information?  

We use Gong.io as a service provider to record the calls and provide us with analytics.  Gong.io uses additional service providers to provide us the services, subject to a Data Processing Agreement that we have signed with Gong.io.

How Do We Store the Recordings and For How Long?

The call recordings will be stored securely in accordance with data protection laws and Movable data retention policies.  The recording may be shared internally for the purpose described above or with other call participants.  We will retain the recordings for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
